Cassie was in Central City for a museum. Her teacher wanted them to write about one hero and of course she got to pick for them She got the Flash. Cassie needed extra credit which was there. Her teacher told the class if they wanted extra credit they could go somewhere that was about the heros. So for Cassie Flash Museum would be the best place to go.
Cassie had flew there and smiled whens he got there. Cassie was dressed in a red shirt with blue jeans with her hair up. She had landed behind a building so that nobody could see her. with her camera in hand and her notepad in another she walked into the museum.
Seeing this museum she rolled her eyes. Doing a report on this was going to be a pain. She wished she could go and talk to Flash but to explain to her teacher how she new him was not going to work.
After a couple of hours she walked out and went to a coffee shop. Sitting there she began to work on her paper. She was drinking some cold coffee as she did this.

The streets weren't as busy today, with it being sunny, warm and just a bit chilly. No one seemed to mind it as much but Dick Grayson did. He had been wandering the streets looking for the criminal that had left Gotham city and came there. Mr. Freeze, a man of destruction and with a heart as icy as his freeze ray.
The caped crusader ran through the streets after failing to apprehend him in his home turf. Now, he had to travel to a city he barely knew anything about. Man. Maybe I should contact the justice league or .. NO!! I can take care of this. its what Batman would expect of me. The young Robin was dressed in his usual civilian uniform as not to attract attention. His black shades covered his eyes and gave him enough coverage from the sun to scout the top of buildings.
He wasted no time and reached into his shirt, pulling out a grappling hook moments after. " Let's see Batman do this without any costume. " The boy spoke cheerfully as he aimed his special device at a building near him. The grappling hook shot out and extended quite a ways, before latching itself onto the side of the building. The hook embedded into its cement. With one sharp tug, the young teen placed a smug smirk on his lips and rushed towards the building.
The line was secure and he had no worries based on what he was doing. With one reckless jump, his feet touched the side of the building and started to scale it with little to moderate difficulty. Robin was determined to show up his mentor. He did indeed admire batman but his goal was also to become the best there ever was.
The distance between him and the grappling hook closed in. There was really nothing left to worry about and Dick was confident. His smile widened almost child like as he let out his eerie trademark laugh, that echoed throughout the buildings. He jumped up and released the hook, retracting the line with his finger on the button. Without wasting another second he aimed his hook at the top of the building and released the hook.
This time it latched onto the buildings side corner edge on the roof and he retracted the line simple enough, pulling him up in the process. " Hahaha! " The young Dick was in a state of unaware parallel danger and he had not even noticed. With one quick movement, the boy hoisted himself up by swinging off of the buildings side and doing an acrobatic flip onto the roof.
" Perfect score! haha!! " Robin spoke clearly from the top of the building, doing a placement with his hands. " Alright. Now time to be serious. " He retracted the grappling hook and placed it back onto his person. The boy decided to take steps forward and peered off the side of the roof.
His eyes overlooked the entire area as he scouted his surroundings. With one leg raised, he placed it on top of the top ledge and used the other to hold himself steady. " I don't see anything. " Dick muttered under his breath as he got into a minor crouching position and laid his arms on top of his already raised knee. Finding Mr. Freeze, would be harder than he thought.

Mr. Freeze had escaped the boy wonder. He was in Central City now far away from Gotham. He saw a museum the Flash Museum. This would be a perfect stop then he could hid for good. Going there he started to freeze everything. A cop was able to put the alarm on before he got frozen.
Not too far away Cassandra could hear this and stood up. She began to run to where the noise was coming from and saw every thing was in ice.
“Only a few bad guys could have done this and I hope it is not Mr. Freeze.” Hiding behind a building she changed and flew to the museum. Getting on the steps Cassandra began to walk inside trying to figure out who it was. Till she saw a shadow. Going to a corner she hid her self to see it was Mr. Freeze. She began to think and bit her lower lip and got out of there well to another room to call someone. She pulled out a ear communicator and began to call Robin.
“Robin if you can hear me its Wonder Girl. Mr. Freeze is at the Flash Museum. I’m going to try to slow him down till you get here.” Cassandra flew to Freeze and being right behind him and punched him hard. Freeze felt the hit and started to aim his freeze gun at her and began to fire. Cassandra was able to move out of the way and just started to fight him waiting for Robin to get there.

The feint sound of screams and people running was enough to tip off Robin, to the whereabouts of Mr. Freeze. He smiled to himself coyly and ran to the side of the building, jumping off the ledge and landed on the other building top. With no wasted effort; his movement became quick and constant, jumping from ledge to ledge in rapid succession. Mr. Freeze would not escape him again, that was for sure.
The sudden intrusion of Wondergirls voice startled him for a second as he stopped dead in his tracks and nearly fell off the side of a roof. His eyes narrowed as usual and he lifted his hand to his com communicator in his ear. " Alright. I gotcha wondergirl. Hold him as long as you can. I am on my way. " The boy wonder ran off the side of the building and landed on the ground catlike. His body crouched as he headed off in a brisk sprint for the flash museum. Hopefully Wondergirl could hold him off just long enough for Robin to make an entrance.

Wonder Girl was still able to hit mr. Freeze also missing his freeze rays. Mr. Freeze was getting angry at this. He started to move faster. Wonder girl was able to move and knocked him down. Just like Wonder Woman she pulled out her rope and was able to tie it around him. Pulling it tight she pulled him and started to throw him to the wall. Placing the rope back to her side she was still up in air looking down at him.
Mr. Freeze hit the wall hard and got up. He began to aim more at her. It actually hit her in leg causing her to land down.
“Hurry up Robin. I just got hit.” Wonder girl said
As Mr. Freeze got closer he started to laugh aiming the gun at her once again.

The alarming sound of nearby distance crashes and the eerie high pitched ring from Mr. Freezes freeze ray sent Robin into overdrive. He rushed as fast to the scene as he could and kept his eyes on Wondergirl's frame, as he neared the two. His pace suddenly quickened as he saw Mr. Freeze aim his ray directly at her.
With one swift motion, the young boy wonder, reached behind his back and pulled a birdarang out from god knows where. He then wasted no time as he threw it at the ice ray Mr. Freeze, was carrying. This of course was in order to quickly save wondergirl and prevent her from being completely froze over. _____________________________________________________ Mr. Freeze aimed his ray at the now completely grounded wondergirl. No hope for her to escape so he figured he would leave her with a few words. " Now its time for you to chill out my little rambunctious teen. " He said this almost cornily with a still cocky smirk placed on his lips. Without anymore words, the cold snow man pressed his finger against the trigger. A large blast of freezing compound shot out a mile-second later and aimed for wondergirl.
The adult sized snowman narrowed his frozen blue eyes at the girl as a birdarang came out of no where and hit the side of his freeze ray. The ray's aim knocked off balance and completely missing wondergirl, leaving a straight lined trail of ice next to her. " What the?! " The older villain muttered as he turned to the side and saw a civilian clothed Robin. " Ah, boy wonder. I was starting to wonder when you would rear your pestering little head. " __________________________________________________________________________
" Don't you give me the cold shoulder frosty. I thought we were cool. " This was one of the only times Robin had been allowed to say a pun in batmans absence and he wasn't going to let that opportunity go to waste. He then followed this by taking out his escrima sticks and turned to swat Wondergirls frozen leg. With a few good swats The ice chipped away and her leg was freed.
The valiant boy wonder leaned down to held Wondergirl off the ground, holding out a hand for her to latch onto. " You okay wondergirl?? " His voice was calm and light, sounded almost comforting in a way. He then pulled her off the ground and turned to face his frozen nemesis.
" I hope your chill with the whole idea of this cool girl joining our fight. " He held his Escrima Sticks close in hand, but pointed them in Mr. Freezes direction, sending him a subconscious warning about what was about to happen. His mood was more relaxed than annoyed but his disposition spoke of the danger he carried with him. He did not have his collapsible Bo-staff at the moment. So, those escrima sticks would have to do.

Wonder Girl smiled at Robin and got up as her leg was no longer covered in ice. “Thank you for the save.” Taking his hand she grabbed his hand and started to fly up. “I get the first hit.” She flew fast at him and hit him hard. Frost went flying. Wonder girl smiled and flew to him to hit him towards Robin so that he could hit him.
As she watched him fly she cracked her knuckles with a smile. “That felt good.” She smiled at the boy wonder and put her hands on her hips. Waiting for him to hit Frost back. She was upset that her paper was not getting done but right now she had to get this done. Wonder Girl was still in the air ready to take Frost back down.

The very anxious and childlike Dick waited for his opportunity and let her have the first go. She flew up to the top and then started the assault on the chilly villain. The merely human Freeze was knocked back a distance and brought to one knee from one of the superpowered punches to his chest. His leg injured in the process of her brute force attack.
" Alright. Looks like it's my turn now. Watchout! " With a smirk placed upon his lips, the boy wonder headed off with Escrima Sticks still in hand. He wasn't sure what to do with them just yet but he did know that he had to disarm the frosty-bastard the best he could. His first instinct was to do what batman would do and dash at the man. Without any hesitation he followed his gut and did just that.
Robin let out of his trademark creepy child-like laughter as he leaped forward, landed on his hands, and sprung his body backwards into multiple back flip, hand stands; moving alongside the gap between him and Mr Freeze. His speed picked up quite a bit as his body came at the villain with much gusto and not a hint of seriousness.
Dick was a former acrobat and had complete confidence in his abilities, besides he knew the momentum from the flips would show in his next hit full force. The atmosphere changed to a less tense one as the laughter got closer and closer to the villains spot. His focus was fully displayed now and it was shown in his acrobatic skills. One screw up and he would land on his neck, snapping it and dying.
The distance between the frosty-bastard and Robin was narrowed down to nothing more than three feet as the young robin decided to fake his next attack. He stopped his acrobatic flipping and brought his body to a crouch. With one quick motioned he brought his foot around to a sweeping movement and knocked the villain off his uninjured leg. The former momentum would have been built up enough to give the boy wonder enough applied force to make this applicable.
" Looks like you don't have a leg to stand on at the moment. " The clever fast-witted Dick almost instantly came up with that pun, having been because Batman was known for making various puns during combat. He turned his body from the ground, grasping his escrima sticks tightly in his hand. With one instinctive decision, his legs pushed off from the ground and jettisoned him into the air, if only slightly.
“ I hope you can take these foot-notes with you! “ Robin shouted this next as he feet were held together and his boots made contact with the glass dome around Mr Freezes head. He took this as a good opportunity to distance himself again and pushed his body from the older man, twisting it slightly. His footing now changed as he landed on the ground in a crouch with his a hand placed on the ground and another placed behind his back. _____________________________________________________ Mr freeze dropped his freeze-ray sometime during Robins attacks and fell to the ground. He let out a muffled growl as his nitrogen dome was smacked and nearly shattered. The sheer force behind the boys attacks were astoundingly frightening. With one closed eye, the frosty adult turned to his nearby freeze-ray and reached for it.

Seeing Robins attack she shook her head when he tried to make a pun. “Leave that for Batman Robin. Puns are so not your thing.” As she flew down she grabbed mr. Freeze before he got what he was grabbing for. “So you going to take him back to Gotham? You need help getting him there?” Wondergirl didn’t mind flying him back to gotham at all. Not like she had anything better to do. As she held him up she made sure she had a tight grip on him and smiled at the boy wonder. Wonder Girl looked at him and kept a hold on Mr. Freeze. She just hoped he didn’t try to fight her off or things will not look good for the bad guy.

“It’s shaping up to be a wonderful holiday – not your normal average everyday.” The Joker, another Gothamite villain began jumping and frolicking over rooftops as his partner in crime (or more like hindrance in crime) fought off the do-gooders as he took care of much more important business. Namely, breaking into people’s houses and taking all their valuables (or destroying them – or even not touching anything). He had on one of the silliest Hawaiian t-shirts on, with purple shorts and brown hiking boots with a Santa hat and a large red knapsack he carried around laboriously over his shoulder.
Strangely the Hawaiian outfit reminded him of another incident. Though he couldn’t quite remember which.
As he continued scrambling in and out of people’s houses he turned back around to see how his fair weathered friend as doing and sure enough he was out like a cold dead battery. He rolled his eyes and scowled, obviously this wasn’t part of his plan but a much expected detriment to his overall plan – it happens when you work with ice heads like Freeze.
He quickly broke into another house – it was inside a child’s bedroom and found one little boy and girl playing with each other and were quickly alarmed to find such a stranger enter their room. They seem distraught and the Joker quickly hushed them to silence.
“Now, now children – Uncle Joker is here!” He quickly grasped them up into his lap and cradled them as gently and sincerely as their parents would – however, they rightfully weren’t convinced of his good intentions. “I’m a distant relative – twice removed – I travel a lot – BUT I’m here now! You’re parents didn’t want to tell you I was coming because they want you to know! But why wouldn’t they? Well, let’s just say their a little jealous because I’m the fun-est person anyone will ever meet!” His fast paced talking and vivid gesture and looks quickly captured the attention of these children as if they were watching a television program.
“Look what Uncle J brought for YOU two today!” He quickly pulled up his knapsack and placed it in front of them and opened it wide. A wide variety of jewelry was displayed in front of them with a few scattered toys and dollar bills. The little girls eyes widened as she saw the sparkley beauties her mother wore and the little boy was more interested in the G-I Joe doll that laid buried beneath the gems. The children both tried to reach for these items but the Joker quickly pulled it away from them.
“Now, now children – don’t get greedy.” They pouted as he hid the objects away. “If someone gives you something – it’s important that you return the favor.” He grinned, a malicious grin he couldn’t conceal. “How about playing a game of hide and seek?”

Robin bounced off the ground, using his back for leverage and landed on the soles of his feet. With childlike enthusiasm, the younger teen turned to Wondergirl and gave a cackle. " Awe, come on wondergirl. Where is your sense of humor?? " With saying that the boy wonder let out his trademark, echoing laugh and put his escrima sticks away. " Lets get him somewhere special. I am thinking a nice cozy cell at Arkham asylum. How do you feel about that Freezy? ? " He said this almost as if taunting the cold criminal.

Wondgirl smiled at him. "Do you want me to fly him to Gotham and place him there?" Cassie got closer to him and just held Freeze tighter with a smile. "He won't get out of my grip no matter whater." Cassie looked at him wondering how he wanted to do this.

Robin couldn't wait for the villain to be dropped off at Gotham but with his small boyish frame, he did not exactly have the strength needed to bring the villain all the way to arkham. At least not without him escaping. He closed his eyes and folded his arms across his chest. Just the thought of failing to bring him in made the boy wonder very unsettled. Not only could he not bring the villain to Arkham but he wouldn't be taken seriously. Robin really did need the brownie points with the league.
His eyes suddenly shot wide as he heard his teammate Wondergirl mention a solution to his agonizing and inner conflict. Like a moth to a flame he jumped at the sight of a bright light " Yes. That sounds like an amazing idea Wondergirl. Geez, you saved me quite the trip. No need for a hero with a broken back. " With a slight chuckle and a heart warmed voice, the boy wonder brushed passed the heroine. " Alright. We should probably take some sort of scenic route or do you know of a short cut?? " His voice chimed as he hinted to the female hero.
Robin did not exactly know the area known as Central City. So, his instincts told him to trust in someone who had been there and back. The young teenagers pride would kick him later but for the time being he had to play the scenario with his head and not his heart. He turned his body to the young lady and gave her a nod to let her know that he had complete confidence in her.

Looking at him Wondergirl shook her head. "Not really I don't know Gotham like that just yet. This would only be my thrid time going." Wondergirl started to fly up int the air and smiled at him. "I could fly high in the sky and you can just follow me. I'll wear the ear comunicator so i can tell you if i'm about to turn left or right." Wondergirl showed him the communicator that is in her ear with a smile.
As she flew out of the building she held on to Freeze more tight and waited for Robin. Seeing him she flew up into the air to see where they should go. "Tell me when your ready Robin." ONce he gave her the ok she would start flying and telling him where to go.

Robin smiled brightly at Wondergirl and took her lead. He instantly took steps forward and followed behind her. His own child like ambition and emotions becoming stirred in a frenzy of passion and excitement. Mr Freeze would be returned to his cell and a big ole brownie on Batmans desk. Yup, Dick was feeling mighty comfy at that moment.
" So, where should we go?? I need to get to Arkham as fast as possible. Freeze is not one to be undermined. " He stated in a frightful cold way, with a shivering voice. The icy villain had always caused such commotion for Robin and Batman, it was an obvious fact that he was indeed one of their main nemesis's. Not one time had he been so easy to bring in. Today, had been just a stroke of luck and nothing more.
" Watch your back Wondergirl! This area is dangerous at night. " Robin calmly stated as they passed a nearing corner. The sun had turned to dusk and its light dimmed within every passing second. A cool breeze could be felt as it swooshed by and picked up discarded papers and trash off the streets.
