Superboy was sitting on the top of Mount Justice, being cooped up inside all day bothered him. It was just like back at Cadmus, when he wasn't in his tank he was cooped up in some lab. He needed to get out and be by himself, being able to see the world for real with his own two eyes was still an amazing thing to him compared to the images planted in his mind by the g-nomes and watching the sun set right now was just the thing he needed.
He didn't tell anybody where he was going, he just left, that's just how he operated. Things with Megan were happening that he had no clue about, he didn't know what was going on. He was thinking about her a lot recently and he didn't know how that made him feel. He thought about spending time with her alone, but he was confused, not sure if that was normal. There was so much he didn't know and was confused about, it frustrated him. He didn't want to ask anyone and look stupid. Kaldur would likely know what was going on but Superboy was not going to ask him. He punched his fist into the mountainside and pulled out a chunk of it. Which he then threw out to sea as his frustrations erupted, letting out a loud yell as he did so.

Who Do You Think You Are Running Around Leaving Scars... “Phew, what a day,” M’gann muttered, collapsing onto the couch that rested just outside the kitchen. The sweet smell of cookies filled the room, and she relaxed her head against the back of the couch. M’gann wasn’t a normal teenager; her emerald skin and red hair were clear proof of that. She stretched her legs out, feeling boredom set in. A lot had been going on around this place lately, and things were calming down. It was almost like when the team had just been formed again. The missions had slowed since the one in Bialya, as if Batman was trying to give them a break. M’gann didn’t mind, it was a lot to deal with for someone who had never lived the life of a hero before. Especially since M’gann didn’t have a real life to come back to. Most of the team had lives outside of Young Justice, identities and families that took care of them. M’gann didn’t have that, except for her Uncle. She didn’t have a life outside the team, and M’gann had never experienced what it was like to be a regular teenage girl.
Stepping off the couch, M’gann returned to the kitchen and snatched up one of the cookies she had made earlier. She had finally mastered the recipe, and there was never a concern for burnt cookies anymore. Though she was quite certain Wally would have eaten them anyway. Yet M’gann wasn’t making them for Wally anymore, she was trying to impress Superboy. M’gann didn’t really know what was going on between them, but she knew she had some sort of feelings for him. She knew they were not the kind of feelings that one would share with a friend. M’gann just didn’t know how to act on it, and she was pretty sure Superboy didn’t either.
A sudden shake in the mountain made M’gann stumble a little, followed by a frustrated scream. She knew that scream all too well, and was in the air in an instant. M’gann could guess where Superboy was hiding out, and she hoped she was right. She slipped out one of the hidden side doors, and quickly found Superboy on one of the many ledges outside the mountain. Quietly, M’gann landed behind him placing her hands in front of her.
“Superboy, is everything alright?”

Superboy was on the verge on grabbing an even larger rock to throw out to sea when he heard that voice. His anger instantly subsided and he no longer felt the need to continue. He looked back over his shoulder at M'gann and gave her a slight smile. He then looked back out in front of him and sat back down, confidant she would soon be next to him without a word needing to be said.
"I..don't know..." he said as he rested his right arm on his bent knee. "I am feelings things unfamiliar to me, about you." he explained as his gaze was locking on the setting sun. "Remember back when we lost our memories, what almost happened after we defeated Psimon? (the almost kiss) I can't stop thinking about it, about you, is that normal?" he asked her with a hint of confusion and anger in his voice.

I'm Miles From Where You Are...Half the time, M’gann never really knew how to approach Superboy. She honestly was afraid of getting him angry with her, which she had done from time to time. Of course, lately it seemed he was angry at everything else but her. She certainly wasn’t complaining about that, but she would have liked to be able to understand him better. Though, M’gann didn’t even understand herself sometimes. Being a Martian trying to fit into a new race was just…hard. M’gann didn’t know what it was like to be normal, though she tried hard sometimes she just failed at it. She tried looking at Artemis for an example, but it seemed Artemis didn’t really act like a normal teenager girl either. In the end, M’gann was just stuck trying to figure herself out.
Watching Superboy sit back down, she took a seat next to him. Her attention focused on the setting sun, and not him. Whether it was obvious or not, M’gann was feeling strange feelings for Superboy. Things she had never experienced, but she had heard of it. Just because she had knowledge on what it was though didn’t mean she understood it.
“About…me?” M’gann turned her attention towards Superboy, her crimson eyes filled with shock and slight confusion. Was this just another one of those dreams she had been having since Bialya? M’gann didn’t remember falling asleep, and she was pretty sure that she would know if she had been dreaming. Blushing slightly, she turned her attention downwards before speaking, “I…I don’t know how to respond to that really. From what I’ve learned about Earth teenagers, or even Earth people, is that feelings like that are in fact normal but can be very confusing.”
She was speaking for herself as well as responding to him. M’gann had been all kinds of confused about the way she was feeling. She couldn’t read enough teenage romance novels to get herself to understand it.

Her words just aggravated him further, sure she explained it but he didn't know how to apply that to himself. All that said was that whatever he was feeling about her was normal amongst people. "That still doesn't explain what it is, all that means is it's normal. Normal isn't something I'm capable of, I don't know what being normal is." Being normal really was beyond his comprehension. Sure he had all the education that he should have for his age but mingling with others and being a part of an actual sociological atmosphere was not part of his programming.
He furrowed his brow and then rubbed his temples. "I hate not knowing what to do!" the frustration and anger showing in his voice. "What am I supposed to do?" he was asking M'gann even though he knew she didn't know just as much as he himself didn't. It was usually Kaldur who explained things to him, but Kaldur was not here right now and Superboy didn't know how to talk about this with him. If there was one thing that made Superboy mad more then monkeys it was continued confusion. At this rate he was likely to lash out again in anger.
(OOC: I'm sorry it took me so long to reply)
