Ivy had came all the way to D.C. to take some plants and other things that she could sell off. Normally she didn't do that but she did need some money at the moment.
Walking the dark streets of D.C. she found the museum she was about to rob. There was some plant toxins that she needed and of course some Greek and Roman artifacts that she could sell for big money. Walking up to the museum she smiled as some weeds were breaking the door down. Once the door opened Ivy smiled and walked in. Then she had some plant leaves cover the cameras for her. With a smile she found a box of plant toxins. Taking hold of it she began to walk to the ancient world area. Grabbing a few things she heard the alarm go off. Her head snapped towards the door and took off running.
Seeing lights Ivy hid in the corner and smiled. Pulling out a seed she smiled “Alright baby time to work for mommy.” Throwing the seed down it started to grow into a venues fly trap. With a smile it began to walk around and attacked the officers. At this time Ivy took her chance and started to run to the streets. As she heard her baby cry out in pain she closed her eyes and turned around “I’m sorry baby but you did the job I needed you to do.” Closing her eye she turned around and ran off to the park.
Once at the park Ivy placed the box down and some of the pendants she stole. Taking her bag she started to change clothes and put a hat on so nobody could see it was really her without looking at her close. Then she placed the box in her bag as well as the pendants. Once done she walked the streets as a normal person. For right now she new some hero would figure it was her and track her down. So all Ivy could do was keep her guard up till she has to fight.

Kaldur was in route on his motorcycle to a location in D.C. that was having some sort of a disturbance, and his team had been called on to investigate the situation and if necessary apprehend whoever was responsible for it.
Unfortunately, the team was sort of spread out at the moment, so Kaldur had to go ahead without them but he had sent out an alert with the coordinates so that they would be able to track him to his current location. Upon arrival, he got an update from the first officer on the scene, but it was hardly necessary with the sight of a giant Venus Fly Trap chasing after security guards like they were food. His powers were not as useful against plants, but he would have to manage with what he had on hand. "This is definitely going to be a long night."
His eyes scanned the room for something to use against the plant. Kaldur spotted grabbed a relic sword, which would hopefully be useful in dicing up the carnivorous plant. "Over here you sorry excuse for a vegetable." Apparently the plant was able to understand him because it soon ignored the guards to chase him, which is when he slid underneath it while slicing out the only part of it that was holding it up. A few more quick strokes occurred before the plant was down for the count.
Now that the immediate threat was taken care of, Kaldur ran out of the museum to find the person responsible for it being there in the first place. There was only one villain that was known for using plants as a weapon, and Kaldur figured there was only one place that she would go. The young Atlantean ran through the park to find that he had missed her. He began looking around to see if he could spot her thinking that she couldn't have gone far. "This idea is probably going to get me in trouble but...." Kaldur pulled out his water channelers and sent out a wave of water to knock off whatever head cover people were wearing.

Ivy felt her hat fall off. Turning around she some teenager and glared at him. Walking up to him she gave him a smile. "it is rude to do that to a lady." she got close tothe young man and smiled. She had dropped a couple of seeds behind her just in case she needed some help. "So who are you? Such a young man shouldn't be alone at night."

Kaldur saw the red hair of the woman that he was searching for, and she saw him which was never a good thing in one of these situations. "Well it is not very lady like to steal like a common punk, now is it?" His grip tightened on his water channelers as they soaked up the water that they had unleashed. He was going to need it before the day was done. "I am the one that is going to escort you to a jail cell and take the items you stole back to the museum."

Ivy looked at him and got closer to him. As her lips were close to his cheek. “You know its not fair for plants. They have feelings as well.” Ivy moved away from him wanting to just poison him already but figured it would be fun to play with him. She began to laugh “You know water helps plant grows. You really thing you can stop me?” Ivy patted his head and walked away. “Go home little boy and play with your toys.” Turning around with him she smiled “Not many jails can hold me little water boy.”

Kaldur’s body told him to hit the woman fast and hard, but his mind knew that this woman was far more dangerous than she seemed. “So says the lady who abandoned her friend inside of a church to be destroyed.” The woman’s laugh reminded him of the sound that certain animals made when they built up too much gas. It was followed by her mentioning the fact that water helps plants grow, while telling him to go home and playing with his toys. This reminded him of something very important to this confrontation, which is when he put up his water channelers. “If you want me to play with my toys, then you won’t mind me using this one that I just picked up.” Kal pulled out the relic sword that he had found in the museum. It was the perfect thing to use against unwanted vegetation.

“A church? What do are you speaking about?” Ivy was wondering around him. As if she was a hawk catching her pray. Looking at him pulling a sword she glared at him. “is that not cheating? You are a water person. I am a plant person. You know you can’t win against me little boy. You are to weak for me.” Ivy started to walk past him and threw her seeds down letting vines attacking him. “Have fun playing with my baby.” Ivy smiled at the young man she just started to laugh. There was no way he could beat her. If he could then she would be a dad villain.

Like most people who came from another culture, Kaldur very rarely mixed up a particular word with another one. It was happening less frequently now, but on certain occasions one word would slip out when he meant another. “It isn’t cheating when I am a warrior from Atlantic, and I am more than enough for the likes of you.”
Poison Ivy walked past him while sending vines at him, which Kaldur responded by slashing at them with the sword. “As much fun as your plant is, I am more of a shark person.” The tattoos on his arms lit up as he channeled electricity from them, down the blade and toward her with every stroke that he made. The charge was strong, but it definitely wasn’t lethal.

“Go back home and go fight little people.” Looking back at him she glared. “How dare you kill my babies.” Walking to him she planted something and smiled. “You are familiar with the Venus fly trap!” As one started to grow big and started to drool. “The drool is acid so you best watch out dear water boy.” Looking at him she had a big smile.
With a smile she attached something to her wrist. She was waiting to aim it at him just incase. It would be a good way to get him down. She had small arrows that were filled with poison form the poison ivy plants.

The lady was talking more than was necessary for a combat situation, but he knew that most villains liked to exchange banter of some sort with heroes so he didn’t tell her to keep both her trap and her plant’s trap shut. His eyes watched the acidic plant before him, and Kaldur realized that this game had gone on for far too long. By now, everyone in the area had to come to the conclusion that it was probably good to get far away from them.
There was one thing that he should probably correct woman on and that was her repetitive use of the classification of him as a water boy. Kaldur was much more than just a simple water wielder, and she was going to find that out. The young Atlantean slid the sword back in its sheath and grabbed a car door. There was more than one way to cut down a weed, and using a semi-sharp object was just one way. This is why Kaldur flung it like a throwing discus at the fly trap and its master.
