Okay so I wanna get in on the hero action - namely because there are only two villains (myself and Ivy)
Now - Wonder Girl is probably - DEFINATELY - going to have to be a part of this
A lot of this plot I'm creating is still very - definately - new and fresh at the moment so a lot of it is going ot be vague now but I'm leaning towards something like Devil's Advocate (a great Joker story if you haven't read it yet).
Pretty much - Joker is being convicted of a crime (hrum - let's say murder for lack of anything else at the moment) against Themyscria (maybe killed one of them - not sure - or stole a precious artifact...whatever it may be) and is being taken to the island (by Cassie - Wonder Girl) to account for his crimes.
HOWEVER...
Though the evidence points to him (either through his distinguishable props or whatever). At the time of the crime he wasn't even anywhere NEAR the body - and doesn't particularly have a motive to commit this crime. Giving him somewhat of an alibi - so did he do it - or didn't he?
Pretty much it's kind of a game of clue. Using detective-y skills to figure it out (which in this case would allow for a whole cast of people to come along for the ride: for example, Robin could help with his close relationship to the Joker and his detective skills, Miss Martian could help with some other stuff I'm sure - etc. etc.)
The way I want....or actually HOPE...it pans out is to really tickle through the idea of having to defend what is justice over a guy as criminally insane as the Joker - of course everyone wants to see him pay for the things he has done - but should he pay for the crime he probably didn't commit? Pretty much trying to hold the line between being biases towards him because he is a criminal and trying to uphold the law...
So yeah...thats the plan...who's in?
