Metropolis Police Department The MPD are made up of Metropolis' finest, armed with the latest in weapons, gear and technology. They don't have to worry too much about the supervillains that attack Metropolis, Superman takes care of them regularly. Now an invasion by Darkseid, thats another story entirely. |

Stryker's Island Penitentiary Stryker's Island Penitentiary is to Metropolis what Arkham is to Gotham. However regular criminals can be locked up in the same prison as supervillains here because of how sophisticated Stryker's has become over the years. But even then many have broken out time and time again. |
